Woon Jiun brings over 20 years of diverse experience in customer contact across various sectors, including hospitality, food and beverage, military logistics, aviation, tourism, edutainment, and retail.

As a specialist in Learning and Organizational Development, he has held senior leadership positions both locally and globally. Woon Jiun has been a distinguished speaker at events such as the My Paper Advanced Seminar Series, where he discussed innovation in luxury service, addressing mental health at World Speech Day 2016, and featured in HRM Asia for people insights.

Woon Jiun co-owns the Ultimate Needs IP and is the co-author of Activities Toolkit Volume I & II. He is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step I & II), Belbin Team Roles, and as a Life and Executive Coach. He utilizes Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Enneagram Profiling tools to benefit his clients, and offers experiential team-building programs based on the Lominger Framework, which outlines 67 competencies with specific behavioral outcomes.
