A. Validity and Scheduling
Consumption Window: Once purchased, the consultation must be consumed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.
Mutual Availability: The session will be scheduled at a time that is mutually available to both the client and the consultant.
Non-Transferrable: This service is booked and confirmed with the individual who is registered for the session. It is non-transferrable once the virtual video call is scheduled and confirmed with that intended individual.
B. Rescheduling and Cancellation
7-Day Policy: Any request to reschedule a confirmed consultation received less than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled time is subject to review by the consultant.
Consultant Discretion: If a request is made within the 7-day window, the consultant may, at their sole discretion, either:

Make a special, one-time exception to allow for a single reschedule.
