Andrew Er

Andrew Er is an Award-Winning Career Coach with over 15 years of career development experience. One of the key highlights of his career was serving in the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office, where he led the whole-of-government career services programme that made career coaching available to all 153,000 public officers, one of the largest workplace career coaching services in Singapore.

Andrew is one of five Career Practitioner Supervision Instructors in the world certified by the National Career Development Association (NCDA). He develops career practitioners through training, supervision and mentoring. He is also a Certified Supervisor of Career Practitioners (CSCP) and a Certified Facilitating Career Development Instructor (FCD-I) and Global Career Development Facilitator Instructor (GCDF-I).

Andrew holds a Master of Counselling and the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). Alongside his coaching practice, he teaches and facilitates on career development at Singapore Management University, Singapore Polytechnic and SIM Global Education.
