I had the privilege of attending a Team Building workshop using MBTI that was conducted by Woon Jiun. He kept it very interesting and was able to get everyone engaged. This was followed by an Amazing Race which he had carefully planned where we discovered how we actually worked together as a team with our different personality types. Kudos to Woon Jiun!
